How can I change the default name of the miner?

I am currently trying to increase the hashrate to the highest rate and disregarding power usage. How do I go about doing this?

My power supply is stable at 223 volts, but there is no ground connection. I want to confirm whether the lack of a ground could cause the miner to malfunction. Some people claim that not grounding the miner might damage both the miner and the power supply— is this assertion accurate?

Given that I already have an existing setup using P33 cables with a three-phase 380V power supply, does the M60 series have a compatible three-phase power supply unit (PSU)? Or will I need to convert my current setup to a single-phase power supply instead?
