If I restart the PSU and let the miner cool down before a power outage and then shut the miner down, and I do this operation every two days, will it not reduce the lifespan or cause damage to the miner?

It may affect the PSU lifespan, reboot the miner by WhatsMinerTool before turning the miner off instead of pulling out power supply cable directly.
